I feel the industry is streamlining into a scalper's dream-come-true. The really good figs seem to be limited in quantitly or short-packed... distribution amongst major retailers is shit... small shops are getting killed because at any given time half of the stock is obvious peg-warmers... and every kid and his mother picks up figs just to auction off on eBay.
I'd like to see all this stuff going back to being just neat toys... fuck "collectibles".

Part of why I love other boards so much, particularily PW, is that we're not afraid to express our opinions to each other and rip into one another when we feel the need to.
Personally, I feel true respect is being able to fight with somebody and then carry on afterwards. Some of the people there I fight the most with are the ones I also have the most positive discussion with.
Friends always fight with each other, and as long as I can't truly get to know somebody and get to know their feelings and opinions, I'm never going to get closer and be able to have extensive discussions with them.
